This is my breakfast for the start of the day, a quick and healthy pancake
with syrup, cherry tomatoes, cheese bite, ham and slices of apple.

Here’s a quick guide
Flour
Egg
Sugar
Milk
Butter
Syrup
Pinch of salt
Mix the flour, sugar, egg and milk together and whisk until smooth. Place
a pan on low medium heat and add the butter, allow to heat up and pour in the
mixture. Fry until golden brown on either sides and Serve warm with any fruit
of your choice and sprinkle of syrup.
