DIY teeth whitening

A few readers have asked me if I really do the things I put up on this blog, the answer is YES, I do.

All the DIY's post I write about are actually beauty process I do myself at home (I just love to look after myself a lot, from head to toe he he he). I share it with you guys because it's Easy, Simple, Cheap and most of all you can do it yourself without the help of any specialist.
Today's diy is teeth whitening and here's how to go about it.

YOU NEED

·         A couple of strawberries
·         Baking soda
·         Regular toothpaste, I use aquafresh

Mash up strawberries with a small amount of baking soda

Apply to the teeth with your toothbrush and leave it for five minutes

Brush with regular toothpaste
